The Beach House { Wedding } - Mandy & Paul

   I first met Mandy and Paul at the beginning of the year at a Starbucks in Gastown, we hit it off right away. They have been together for a long time but wanted to make it official. They shared their plans to have a small ceremony and dinner with close friends and family. They are both from the UK, so most of their friends and family traveled to share the special day! 


  I arrived at Mandy's mid morning to start getting some before shots. She asked me if it was normal that she had been going about her day as any other day, told me she had already been to the grocery store. We had a good chuckle, its great to work with relaxed brides!

  The ceremony was held outside of The Beach House in West Vancouver, with dinner to follow on the deck. It was a beautiful intimate day, with lots of laughs, food and wine! I brought home an accent with me too!

  I met up with Miss Ellie on Saturday for some updated shots! It feels like just yesterday I did her newborn shots, she is now six months old! Warning, she is ADORABLE!  Here are just a few!

   I recently met up with Armita and her family in Vancouver to get some family pictures with their newest addition! I first met Armita when she was pregnant for her maternity pictures and couldn't wait to meet her little guy. He is SO CUTE! He posed for the camera the whole time!

   This week I will be crossing two things of my goal list for this year. At the beginning of the year I wrote in my journal that I would like to try and double my wedding bookings from last year. I did 6 weddings last year and this coming Saturday is my 12th this year.  My next goal was to get featured, which I can put a check mark by today. Yesterday I was featured on Shimmer+Silk ! I didn't realize it until late last night hence I am sharing it now.
