New Westminster Wedding - Melanie + Fritz {Sneak Peek}

  After editing away I realized I forgot to put a sneak peek of Melanie and Fritz's Wedding from a couple of weekends ago. This has been a crazy month for me and weddings so I thank my clients for having their patients!


   Here are a few from their very special day, it was beautiful. The wedding colors included green, so when I saw this staircase at New West Quay I knew I had to take advantage of it!

Pitt Meadows Engagement - Calvin + Jodie (sneak peek)

  I'm really looking forward to Calvin and Jodie's wedding, they are such a wonderful couple. I met up with them last October to discuss their upcoming wedding in August (I love early planners) and I thought Jodie was adorable right away! We met up again yesterday afternoon for their engagement session.

Port Moody Engagement - Vikki + Josh {Sneak Peek!}

   I met up with Vikki and Josh last weekend at Rocky Point to get some engagement shots for their upcoming wedding in August. They brought along their two kids so we could get some shots of them as well before sending them off with Vikki's Mom so Vikki and Josh could get some shots of themselves. 


  Here is just a sneak peek, I think Vikki has the prettiest eyes!

Vancouver Engagement - Sally + Chris

  It all started when Sally jokingly asked her friend if she knew any cute single guys. Well her friend did know a guy and mentioned Sally's name to him. After a phone conversation and a little peeking on facebook Chris was interested. They hit it off right away and are tying the knot in July! 


  After a few meetings and an afternoon engagement session, I saw how much respect Chris has for Sally. They are a perfect match and extremely photogenic! I cannot wait for their wedding. 


  We spent the afternoon in a few different locations downtown, it was perfect weather.

Sunshine Coast Wedding - Rebecca + Shawn

  I don't really know where to begin. When I met with Rebecca at the beginning of the year to discuss details of their big day over coffee I knew right away I wanted to do this wedding. Not only was it on the Sunshine Coast (where I had never been) but her details were exciting as well. When I received the email that they would love for me to photograph their wedding I was beyond excited and happy. 


  We packed up and left on a Friday so I could see the area and meet up with Rebecca and Shawn again to go over the last minute details. I couldn't believe how her friends and family welcomed me in with loving hearts, really amazing people. I also fell in love with the area right away! Beautiful! 


  The morning of the wedding I sipped on my coffee and prepared to get started getting pictures of Rebecca and the girls getting ready. When I met up with them, they were so calm and collected that it calmed my nerves. The wedding was at 10:30 in the morning, friends and family gathered at their church for a very special ceremony. The love between Rebecca and Shawn is quite inspiring. After the ceremony we took pictures at two different locations with the reception to follow. The reception was short and sweet. Rebecca and Shawn listened to speeches, said their thank-yous and left for their honeymoon! 


  I am truly in love with this place and would LOVE to do another wedding here!
